WHO Resolution on Sepsis Now Available in Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese, and Arabic

The WHO Resolution on Sepsis, which was adopted by the World Health Assembly and the World Health Organization in May 2017, is now available in Spanish, French, Russian, Chinese, and Arabic.

The resolution marks a quantum leap in the fight against sepsis and urges the 194 United Nation Member States to implement appropriate measures to reduce the human and health economic burden of sepsis. The resolution, to improve, prevent, diagnose, and manage sepsis, was spearheaded by the Global Sepsis Alliance, proposed by the German Ministry of Health, and supported by Australia, Austria, Colombia, Costa Rica, Estonia, Ireland, Jamaica, Luxemburg, the Russian Federation, and Switzerland.
